Even if you do not attend classes fully online, it is important to have access to a reliable internet.
Here are some things that you can check off of your list:
- A working computer with updates.
It doesn't need to be brand new, but some of our systems and program software require a fairly new versions of web browsers and operating systems. - Internet access.
To stay current with communications from the school and with your professors and classmates, you will need a reliable internet access. If obtaining a high speed internet service is out of your reach, you can coordinate with your local library's schedule (NOTE: Our classes meet online 6pm CST.).
You will need to note your internet speed, as our classes meet online if you are not on campus. Search the web for "internet speed test" and test our your current internet speed to make sure it meets our basic requirements.
