There are two ways to reset your OneLogin/myCBTS password: 


1) USE THE SECURITY QUESTIONS (not available if it is your first login to the OneLogin portal)

  • Click the "Forgot Password" at the bottom of the OneLogin screen
  • Enter your school email address
  • Select the "Security Questions" option
  • Answer 2 of your 3 security questions
  • Choose your new password (specific password criteria will show on the screen)


2) ASK SUPPORT FOR NEW PASSWORD - If you are starting out or do not remember the answers to your security questions, email support@cbts.edu.
